• Non-volatile solids (1h @ 105°C) : 22,00-26,00%
• Density at 25°C : 0,92-0,96 g/cm3
• Viscosity Brookfield at 25°C : 150 cps.
• Diluents : MEK / MIBK Bonding
• Temperature Range : 135 to 200ºC
• Shelf life : 1 year (closed can below 25ºC).

Applications:

Application: Agitation: We recommend stir Thinkbond 911HS before the application to avoid sedimentation.

Dilution: Diluent: MEK or MIBK Dilution ratio:

Dipping: For this application, we recommend diluting between 50 and 100% v/v. Brushing: For this application, we recommend diluting between 20 and 50% v/v.

Spray: For this application, we recommend diluting between 50 and 100% v/v.

Drying time: approx. 15 - 30 min at room temperature. If it is necessary to reduce drying time, we recommend using forced air for 2 minutes at 65ºC maximum. For drying, do not use process temperatures above 82ºC in order to avoid adhesive pre-cure. After this process, follow instructions to vulcanization.

TOXICITY: Breathing vapors for a prolonged period is harmful to health. Use Thinkbond 911HS only with facial breathing mask, gloves, protection glass and appropriate ventilation. Continuous contact with the skin may cause irritation. Adhesive Thinkbond 911HS may be fatal if swallowed. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call a physician.
